கேப்பாபுலவில் மீள்குடியேறிய மக்களின் காணி இராணுவத்தினரால் பறிப்பு!

இறுதி யுத்தத்துக்குப் பின்னரான மீளக்குடியமர்த்தல் செயல்பாடுகளின் போது, கேப்பாப்புலவு மக்களின் 400 ஏக்கர்; காணிகளை இராணுவத்தினர் சுவீகரித்து விட்டு, அக்காணிகளுக்கு உரித்துடையவர்களுக்கு மாற்று நிலங்களை இராணுவத்தினர் வழங்கியிருந்தனர்.

மாற்று நிலங்கள் தமக்கு வேண்டாம், தமக்கு தமது பூர்வீக நிலங்கள் தான் வேண்டும்.” என்று இன்று வரை தமது நிலத்துக்காக அப்பகுதி மக்கள் போராடிக்கொண்டு தான் இருக்கின்றார்கள்.

இந்நிலையில் குறித்த 400 ஏக்கர் காணிகளும் உரித்துடைய மக்களுக்கு மீள கையளிக்கப்படுவதாக கடந்த 25.01.2014 அன்று கேப்பாப்புலவு மாதிரி கிராமத்தில் நடைபெற்ற மக்கள் சந்திப்பில் 59வது டிவிசனுக்கு பொறுப்பான பிரிகேடியர் தர அதிகாரி கூறியிருந்தார்.

இந்த அறிவிப்பையடுத்து, கேப்பாப்புலவு பிரதேசத்தின் பண்டாரவயல், ஜெந்தன்குளம், வாவட்டி, பிரம்படி பகுதிகளைச்சேர்ந்த மக்கள் தமது காணிகளில் நிறைந்திருந்த அடர் புதர்கள், பற்றைக்காடுகளை தம் மனித வலுவை மட்டும் மூலதனமாகக்கொண்டு, கடந்த 25ம் திகதியிலிருந்து அகற்றி சுத்தப்படுத்தி கொண்டிருந்தனர்.

இதில் பிரம்படி பகுதியில் 13 பேருக்கு குடியிருப்பு காணி என்பதால், அவர்கள் பெரும் சிரமத்துக்கு மத்தியில் காணிகளை வெளியாக்கி தற்காலிக கொட்டில்களையும் அமைத்து விட்டனர்.

இந்நிலையில் கடந்த 03.02.2014 அன்று (சிறீலங்கா சுதந்திர தினத்துக்கு முதல் நாள்) அப்பகுதிக்கு சென்ற இராணுவத்தினர் “காணிகள் உங்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படவில்லை. உடனடியாக காணிகளிலிருந்து வெளியேறுமாறு மக்களை விரட்டி கலைத்துள்ளனர்.”

கடந்த 4 வருடங்களுக்கும் மேலாக, எவ்வித பராமரிப்புமின்றி பற்றைக்காடுகளால் ஆக்கிரமிக்கப்பட்டு, விச ஜந்துக்களால் சூழப்பட்டிருந்த காணிகளை, அந்த காணிக்குரிய மக்களை கொண்டே சுத்தப்படுத்தி மீளவும் அக்காணிகளில் இராணுவத்தினர் குடியேறியுள்ளனர் என்பது மட்டுமே உண்மை!
